Welcome to ClipChopper. By accessing or using our services, website, or any materials we provide, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. 🛠 Services Provided

ClipChopper provides content creation services including but not limited to:

• Short-form Content  (Linkedin, Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
• Static images and carousel post design
• Caption writing and scheduling support
• Video strategy consulting

Custom packages may include studio sessions, dedicated editors, strategy calls, and virtual filming.

3. 💳 Payments & Billing

• All service plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment is accepted via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.
• No refunds are issued for delivered content or unused time unless covered by a written satisfaction guarantee (e.g., our 30-day risk-free trial).

4. ⏱ Turnaround Time

Turnaround time depends on the selected plan:

• Starter: 3–5 business days
• Growth: 2–3 business days
• Pro: 1–2 business days
• Enterprise: Same-day or priority queue

Delays may occur due to client inaction (e.g., late file submission or approval delay).

5. 📂 Content Ownership

• You own the final edited content once full payment is made.
• ClipChopper retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio or promotional materials unless you opt out in writing.
• Source files (e.g., project files) are provided only in plans that include “source file ownership” or upon request at an extra charge.

6. 📩 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide timely feedback, approvals, and materials (videos, branding files, content direction)
• Ensure all submitted media complies with copyright and usage laws
• Maintain communication via designated platforms (Slack, email, project boards)

7. ❌ Cancellations & Pauses

• You may cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
• Pauses are allowed upon written request and are subject to approval.
• If a project is abandoned (no response for 14+ days), it may be marked as completed or cancelled without refund.

8. 🔐 Confidentiality

All client content, strategies, and materials are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared externally without permission.

9. ⚠️ Limitations of Liability

• ClipChopper is not liable for damages or losses related to how edited content performs on third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube).
• We are not responsible for platform algorithm changes, takedowns, or shadowbanning.
• Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for services in the last 30 days.

10. ✏️ Revisions & Edits

Most plans include up to 5 rounds of revisions per clip/post. Additional edits may be billed at a per-hour or per-revision rate unless unlimited revisions are included in your plan.

11. 📜 Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in Philadelphia, PA.

12. 🔄 Changes to Terms

ClipChopper reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, notified via email.
