Most plans include up to 2 rounds of revisions per video or design post. Additional revisions can be purchased separately or included in premium plans.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time clients. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days to discuss your concerns and possible refunds (terms apply).

We accept common video and image formats including .MP4, .MOV, JPEG, PNG, and PDF files for designs or branding assets.

We use project management tools like Frame.io, Slack, email, or client portals to share drafts. You’ll be able to review and provide feedback promptly to keep projects on schedule.

No! We don't provide on the side. But we do Studio Sessions. We will do 1 a 1-hour-long session, and from that, we will prepare your content.

You can cancel anytime with a 7-day notice before the next billing cycle. Pausing requires approval and depends on your contract terms. Contact support to initiate.

Payments are collected monthly in advance through secure gateways like DodoPayments(VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, Cashapp and others). You will receive invoices and receipts via email.
